And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vijay Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddhartha Varma,J. Hon'ble Anil Kumar-X,J. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that a charge-sheet had been submitted by the police in the instant case therefore he prays that the writ petition be dismissed as not pressed. Since we are not interfering in the instant case, we provide that the certified copy of the first information report be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioners after replacing it with the self attested copy.
