Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner with following prayer:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding directing the respondent nos.2 & 3 to conclude fair & impartial investigation against the accused persons i.e. respondent no.4 in accordance with law in pursuance of first information report dated 28.10.2024 registered as Case Crime No.304 of 2024, under section 108 B.N.S,, 2023 at Police Station Khaga, District Fatehpur, within a stipulated period. 2.
