Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 21.05.2025, registered as Case Crime No.299 of 2025, under sections 126(2), 127(2) of BNS, Police Station Roza, District Shahjahanpur. 3. Upon being informed that charge sheet has been submitted by the police in the instant matter, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed that the present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy available under law. 4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
