Having gone through the record and after hearing learned AGA, we are of the view that the petitioner can always approach the concerned Magistrate under Section 173(4) BNSS. 3. Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted in the instant writ petition. 4. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
