Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and learned counsel appearing for the private respondent. 2. This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the first information report dated 04.01.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0002 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115(2), 74, 64 & 351 (2) Β.N.S. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Mahila Thana, District-Moradabad. 3. When there was a certain misunderstanding between the petitioners and the respondent no.4, the latter had lodged a first information report dated 04.01.2025 in Case Crime No.0002 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115(2), 74, 64 & 351 (2) Β.N.S. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Mahila Thana, District- Moradabad. When the first information report was challenged before this Court, it had remitted the case to the Mediation Centre of the Allahabad High
