Hon'ble Sanjay Kumar Singh,J. 1-Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State. 2-By means of this bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 0025 of 2025, under Sections 8/20(a) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, P.S.
