Counsel for Applicant :- Anubhav Srivastava,Kripa Shankar Pandey,Sunil Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1. Sri Sunil Kumar Srivastava, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No.469 of 2022, under Section 2(3)(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Koraon, District Prayagraj. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that in gang-chart only six cases have been shown against the accused-applicant. In all the cases shown against the accused-applicant, he is on bail. The applicant is in jail since 04.01.2025. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail but he could not dispute that in all the cases shown against the accused-applicant in the gang-chart, he is on bail. 4. This Court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and perused the records
