The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Smt.Asha Sharma for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 120B IPC and Section 66-d I.T. Act in Case Crime No. 66 of 2024, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 2. Mr. Amarjeet Upadhyay, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that accused-applicant is a lady and she has been falsely implicated in the case of cyber crime wherein the FIR has been registered in the month of July 2024 by the informant Kalyan Ghosh, who has been made to invest Rs. 1.47 Crores for trading but defrauded by anonymous persons. During investigation, it is revealed that Rs. 51 Lacs has been credited to the account of present accused-applicant. The contention of learned counsel is such that the account was opened by the accused-applicant at the instance of her son Shailendra. The accused is in jail since November, 2024, She
