This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Ravi Chaudhary, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2025, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 103 (1), 61 (2) Ka BNS and Section 7 CLA Act, Police Station- Sikandra, District- Agra. 3.
