Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1.The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Gajju for the offence punishable under Section 3/2 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, in Case Crime No. 449 of 2022, Police Station- Simbhawali, District- Hapur. 3. Sri Anurag Pandey, learned advocate, appears and submits that the applicant has been implicated in the present case on the basis of his involvement in two base cases mentioned in gang chart, copy whereof has been annexed as Annexure-2 to the affidavit accompanying this bail application in which he is on bail. He next submitted that the applicant has been granted bail in other criminal cases shown as criminal history. Copies of the bail orders have been collectively annexed as Annexure-4 to the affidavit accompanying this application.
