The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Arjun for the offence punishable under Sections 352, 109, 351(2) B.N.S. & Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, & Section 3/25 Arms Act in Case Crime No. 17 of 2025, Police Station- Achhnera, District-Agra. 4.
