Heard Sri Shubham Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Imran Khan, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent. 3. The instant second bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.156 of 2022, under Sections 302, 34 I.P.C., Police Station- Nazirabad, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and his first bail application has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 21.07.2023 after considering the merit of the case but he is pressing the instant second bail application mainly on the ground that applicant is in jail in the present matter since 06.09.2022 i.e. for last almost three years and till date only two witnes
