The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Rihan Ansari for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 420, 465 IPC and 3/25/27 Arms Act in Case Crime No.339 of 2024, Police Station-Baraut, District-Baghpat. 2. Mr.Rameshwar Prasad Mishra, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused has been falsely implicated in the case by the police; there is allegation against two accused that they used to cheat the persons by forging the number- plate of the vehicle while intercepted by the police, they have opened fire and incriminating articles have been recovered from them. It is further submitted that co-accused has already been granted bail; there is no independent witness of the arrest and recovery; the accused is in jail since last one year.
