Rejoinder affidavit filed today in the Court by the learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. The present bail application has been moved by the applicants- accused Bharat Singh and Ravi for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) B.N.S. read with Section 66D of I.T. Act in Case Crime No. 17 of 2024, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District- Hathras. 3. The applicant is not named in the FIR. 4. Mr. Vachaspati Pandey, learned advocate holding the brief, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused- applicants, who are not named in the FIR have been falsely implicated in the present case. The accused-applicants is in jail since last more than six months.
