Samiuzzaman Khan, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No. 115 of 2024, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Saroorpur, District Meerut. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that only two cases are detailed in the gang-chart with a criminal history of six cases shown against the accused-applicant. In all the cases, the accused/applicant has been granted bail. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that as per the DCRB report, the applicant has criminal history of ten cases, out of which only eight cases are explained and two cases have not been explained. 4.
