Heard Sri Vinay Kumar Tripathi and Om Narayan Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Agnivesh, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State. This is second bail application of the applicant. First bail application of the applicant was rejected by this court on 08.01.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that before the trial court prosecution evidence almost on the verge of conclusion. Defence evidence will take some time to conclude. He is in jail since 24.04.2023 and has criminal history of two cases of minor nature. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
