Heard Shri Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA for the State. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 175 of 2024, under Sections 8/20/23 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Sonauli, District Maharajganj, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Mr. Pradeep Kumar and Mr. Piyush Patel, learned advocates, appear on behalf of applicant and submit that the accused- applicant has been falsely implicated in the case showing the recovery of 1 kg. and 31 gram Charas and the mandatory compliance of N.D.P.S.
