Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1.Sri Balbeer Singh, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No. 180 of 2024, under Sections 308(5), 127(2), 352, 351(2), 356(2) 317(2) Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita and 66-E I.T. Act, Police Station Khakhreru, District Fatehpur. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that informant alleged that the incident is of 4th November, 2024, when the accused-applicant has given lift to the informant and under duress he has taken his incriminating photographs, which has allegedly been recovered from the mobile phone of the accused. It is further submitted that recovery of mobile phone at the behest of the accused is only a planted recovery, which has allegedly been recovered in absence of independent witness.
