Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The present bail application, seeking bail, has been moved by the applicant- accused-Navneet Singh in Case No.206 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Police Station Bhognipur, District Kanpur Dehat. 4. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that there is allegation leveled by the police officials that three of the accused while going to Jalaun by car have been apprehended and 28.720 kg of Ganja has been confiscated from the car.
