Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State of U.P. 2. By means of this bail application, applicant-Ballu, who is involved in Case Crime No. 277 of 2025, under Sections 8/18 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Shahjahanpur is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is being prosecuted on account of recovery of 2kgs and 14 grams of opium from his possession. He next submits that in fact, nothing has been recovered from the possession of the applicant as alleged by the prosecution. It is further submitted that alleged recovery of 2kgs and 14 grams of opium is below commercial quantity, therefore, provisions of Section 37 of N.D.P.S. Act is not attracted in this case. There is a violation of Section 50 N.D.P.S. Act. The applicant has criminal history
