By means of this application, applicant-Vikash alias Chawanni, who is involved in Case Crime No. 227 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Budhana, district Muzaffar Nagar, seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. 3.
