Heard Ms.Sweta Kesarwani, Advocate holding brief of Ms. Pooja, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State of U.P. and perused the record. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime/FIR No.28 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 of Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, 1960 and Section 317 (2) of BNS, Police Station-Chakarghatta, District-Chandauli, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. According to the prosecution case, five progeny of a cow were allegedly recovered from the possession of the applicant on 10.06.2025 by police personnel, and were being transported to Bihar for sale and slaughter. The submissions of learned counsel for the applicant are that the applicant is innocent person and has been falsely implicated in the case, he is having no previous criminal history and in jail since 11.06.2025.
