Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State. 2. By means of this application, applicant-Rudransh Singh, who is involved in Case Crime No. 234 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Sections 281, 324(4), 325 B.N.S., Police Station Chakiya, District Chandauli, seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. 3. As per the prosecution case, in brief, Sub Inspector got a first information report lodged on 19.12.2024 for the alleged offence under Sections 3/5A/8 and Section 5 of the U.P.
