Counsel for Applicant :- Asheesh Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1. Sri Asheesh Kumar Tiwari, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No. 29 of 2025, under Section 2/3 Gangster Act, Police Station Budhana, District Muzaffar Nagar. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that in gang-chart, three cases have been shown against the accused- applicant, in which he is on bail. Apart from the cases shown in the gang chart, there is no other criminal history. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Per contra learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant, but has not pointed out any other case against the applicant except the cases shown in the gang-chart. 4.
