Counsel for Applicant :- Karunesh Narayan Tripathi Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1.Sri Karunesh Narayan Tripathi, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No.93 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 352 B.N.S. and 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Shahjahanpur. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that the injuries recorded in the medico legal report are simple in nature as no supplementary medical report has been annexed. It is also recorded in the medical report that the injured was in the influence of liquor. The statement of doctor also reveals that injuries on the person of the injured are simple in nature. Both the accused and injured are resident of the same village. The recovery of knife from the accused has been planted as there is no independent witness of recovery. The charge-sheet has already been submitted. The accused-applicant is in jail for more than four months. As such, he prays
