Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State and perused the record. By means of this application under Section 483 of BNSS, the applicants, who are involved in Case Crime No. 195 of 2025, under Section 3/5(1) of U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, police station Ghughli, district Maharajganj seek enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicants that on 25.05.2025, a first information report was lodged for the offence under Sections 3, 5(1) of U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021 against Shailesh Kumar Vishwakarma, Mahesh Vishwakarma and Kiran.
