This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Jagbeer Alias Jogindar Alias Jogindra, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 033 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238A of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Phalawda, District Meerut.
