Heard Shri Akash Tomar, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Shadab, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 67 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District- Bijnor. As per First Information Report, role of firing has been assigned to co-accused, Shivang Tyagi who is alleged to have fired upon the deceased with whom he wanted to marry, but due to her marriage being fixed with other person and some family hurdles, he could not do that. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 21.04.2025. Learned
