The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Sunil Kumar for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4). 338, 336(3). 340(2) B.N.S. and Section 3/25 Arms Act in Case Crime No. 87 of 2025, Police Station- Kishni, District Mainpuri. 2. Mr. Sarvesh Kumar Dubey, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case on the statement of co-accused, who have already been granted bail. The role of the accused-applicant is that co-accused has named the accused-applicant and one co- accused Jabar Singh that they used to provide forged gun license. The charge sheet has been submitted in the matter against the accused-applicant. The arrest and recovery has been made in absence of independent witness.
