The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant-Lilawati, on bail in Case Crime No. 246 of 2024, under Sections 85/115 (2), 103 (1), 351 (3) B.N.S., Police Station Naujhil, District-Mathura, during pendency of the trial.
