Heard Satya Dheer Singh Jadaun, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikash Sahay, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. By means of this application, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 192/2020 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 394, 412, 504, 506, 353, 332, 333, 396, 120B, 34 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Explosive Substance Act and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Chaubepur, District Kanpur Nagar and is in jail since 08.07.2020, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Arvind Trivedi @ Guddan, Ramesh Chandra Dwivedi and Dhiraj Kumar Dwivedi have already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 17.07.2023, 26.06.2025 and 03.07.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
