This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Rajendra Kumar Mishra, seeking enlargement on bail in Case No. 1263 of 2020 arising out of Case Crime No. 192 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 504, 506, 353, 332, 333, 396, 412, 120B, 34 IPC and Section 3/4 Explosive Act as well as Section 7 CLA Act, Police Station Chaubeypur, District Kanpur Nagar.
