This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Smt. Rajesh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 454 of 2024, under Sections 103 (1), 238, 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Khekra , District Baghpat.
