The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 67 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Bijnor, during pendency of the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the First Information report in the present matter lodged on 20.04.2025 at 11.34 hours against four named accused persons including the applicant herein. As per the FIR, on 20.04.2025 at about 9.20 a.m., when the first informant was going to the market with her daugther Bhawna and Akansha, accused Shivang came there by his motorcycle and shot his daughter Bhawna
