By means of this application under Section 483 BNSS, applicant Vivek Dua, who is involved in Case Crime No. 102 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 109(1), 351(3) BNS and Section 3/30 Arms Act, police station Dhoomanganj, district Prayagraj seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. As per prosecution case, in brief, complainant, who is wife of the applicant got a first information report lodged against the applicant Vivek Dua and co-accused Preeti Singh on 12.04.2025 alleging inter alia that on 12.04.2025 at about 01:30 P.M., when she alongwith her children went to their another house, they saw her husband with co-accused Preeti Singh in an objectionable condition.
