Sri Firoz Haider, Advocate appears for the applicant and files second supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record. 2. The present bail application, seeking bail, has been moved by the applicant-accused-Jabir involved in Case Crime No.004 of 2025, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Budhana, District Muzaffarnagar. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that in gang-chart criminal history of 14 cases have been shown against the accused-applicant. Criminal history of 13 cases has been explained in affidavit filed in support of the bail application and criminal history of one is explained in second supplementary affidavit. The applicant is in jail since 05.04.2024. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 4.
