Heard Shri Farid Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Lal Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 91 of 2025, under Sections 126(2), 140(1), 109(1), 111(2), 143 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under sections 9, 11, 27, 51 of Wild Life (Protection) Act and Section 67(A) of Information Technology Act, Police Station Dhanari, District Sambhal. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 29.03.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Raghuveer has already been enlarged on bail by this Court on 07.07.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bai
