Heard Sri Mohit Behari Mathur, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application, seeking bail, has been moved by the applicant-accused-Arvind Singh in Case Crime No.0412 of 2023, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act,1986 Police Station Sarai Lakhansi, District Mau. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the cases due to village party politics as his wife fought election of Gram Pradhan. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that including present gangster case there is criminal history of 36 cases, though the accused-applicant is either on bail, or acquitted. 5.
