Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State and perused the record of the case. 2. By means of this bail application, applicants namely Dharm Singh and Devendra Aheriya, who are involved in Case Crime No. 600 of 2023, under Section 2/3 of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahr seeks enlargement on bail during pendency of trial. 3. Brief facts of the case, which are required to be stated are that on the basis of four cases registered against the applicants being (i) Case Crime No. 721 of 2022, under Section 379 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahr, (ii) Case Crime No. 1028 of 2022, under Sections 136/137 of Electricity Act, P.S. Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahr, (iii) Case Crime No. 16 of 2023, under Sections 13/137 Electricity Act, P.S.
