Heard Sri Vivek Singh, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Avnish Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application, seeking bail, has been moved by the accused-applicants-Harsh @ Badal and Ankit involved in Case Crime No.113 of 2025, under Sections 109, 3(5) B.N.S.2023 and 3/5/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Khatauli, District Muzaffarnagar. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicants contends that accused-applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case during investigation. The F.I.R. is one day delayed, which is lodged against three anonymous persons with the allegation that on 17th March, 2025 three motorcycle borne accused came and started indiscriminate firing on him. No one is hurt, though indiscriminate firing is alleged
