Counsel for Applicant :- Deepak Kumar Yadav,Hare Ram Pandey,Varun Shankar Dwivedi Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1. Learned A.G.A. has filed counter affidavit today in the Court, which is taken on record. 2. The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Kamlesh for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(4) B.N.S. of 2023 and Section 4/25 Arms Act, in Case Crime No. 355 of 2024, Police Station- Paniyara, District- Maharajganj. 3. Mr. Hare Ram Pandey, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has falsely been implicated in the case, wherein the FIR of theft has been registered against the anonymous person. The accused-applicant has been apprehended. The other co-accused have already been granted bail by the court below. Co-accused Kamlesh has already been granted bail by this Court. The bail application of the accused-applicant has been rejected by the court below in view of criminal history of 30
