Rejoinder affidavit filed today in the Court by the learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Ashok Kumar for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) B.N.S. read with Section 66D of I.T. Act in Case Crime No. 17 of 2024, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District- Hathras. 3. The applicant is not named in the FIR. 4.
