Heard Shri Ashwini Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Jitendra Singh Niranjan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 688 of 2024, under Sections 111, 318, 336(3), 61(2), 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/21 of Banning of Unregulated Deposit Scheme Act, 2019, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Lalitpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 01.02.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused, Mahesh Prasad Rajak, has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on
