The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Sani Kumar for the offence punishable under Sections 60 & 63 of U.P.Excise act and Section 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 338 and 340(2) B.N.S. in Case Crime No. 89 of 2025, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Ballia. 2.Mr. Devottam Pandey, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the police with the allegation that the accused has transported 292 bottles of English Liquor of Haryana to Bihar apprehended at village P.S. Kotwali, District Ballia. The Brezza Car in which the Liquor has been transported carries a different number place. The arrest and recovery has been made in absence of independent witness.
