Saxena Counsel for Respondent :- A.G.A. Hon'ble Rajiv Gupta,J. Hon'ble Harvir Singh,J. 1. List has been revised. 2. No one appears on behalf of the appellants to press this appeal. However, learned AGA is present. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA has pointed out that in the instant case both the appellants have already passed away. Death certificate has also been filed along with the affidavit of compliance. It is further stated that appellant no. 2 Gajendra died on 17.5.2015, whereas appellant no. 1 Dharamvir died on 14.8.2020, as is evident from the death certificates. 4. In view of the above, since both the appellants have already passed away, the instant criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
