This appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, 'the Act') is directed against order dated 11.09.2024 passed by Commercial Court No. 1, Agra whereby the application filed by the appellant under Section 34 of the Act against award dated 20.01.2024 has been dismissed. 2. The appellant is engaged in the business of civil construction.
