Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of the instant writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has approached as under:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties no. 2 and 3, to allot plot as well as to pay compensation to the petitioner as per the resolution dated 10.02.2020, in lieu of the lands of the petitioner which were acquired by them for which the petitioner had already submitted the prescribed application forms and a representation on 28.08.2024 expeditiously and in a stipulated time as contained in the Annexure No.1 of the writ petition." 3. Regarding the grievances raised before this Court for which the aforesaid relief is sought, the petitioner has also made a representation before the respondent No.2 as contained in Annexur
