In compliance with the order dated 09.01.2025, a personal affidavit has been filed by Devendra Kumar Raypa, Settlement Officer Consolidation, Bulandshahr. In paragraph nos. 4, 5 and 6, it is averred: "4. That in compliance of order dated 09.01.2025 land of petitioner has been demarcated earlier to the order passed by this Hon'ble Court on 09.12.2024 and amount of the crops standing in the land in dispute has also be provided to the Mukesh Rao and petitioner has given his affidavit on 14.01.2025 before the Assistant Consolidation Officer stating in paragraph-2 that he has provided possession with of Chak No.880Da and he has provided Rs. 81,000 to the Mukesh Rao with respect to standing crops. True copy of affidavit dated 14.01.2025 is being filed herewith and marked as ANNEXURE NO.1 to this affidavit. 5.
