GP FOR IRRI AND CAD The Court made the following order: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO.992 of 2025 ORDER: The grievance of the petitioner, shortly, in the present writ petition is that the petitioner herein dumped the material like Mud, Ash etc., in land situated in Survey No.462 and 519 of Ananthapalli Village, Nallajerla Mandal, East Godavari District on obtaining permission from the 4th respondent/Gram Panchayat. But surprisingly, on 07.12.2024 and 09.12.2024 the 3rd respondent/Assistant Executive Engineer came to the brick unit with JCB and dug a channel by closing the way by causing inconvenience to shift the material for the brick unit. 2.
