The petitioner sought a stay on the disciplinary proceedings pending in the criminal case, but no interim order was granted by this Court. 2. The respondents, in their counter, submit that the enquiry has been completed and that the charges in the criminal complaint and the disciplinary proceedings are distinct and different. 3.
